Abstract

In a constantly evolving globalized context, companies must focus on development not only in technical and technological aspects, but also in organizational development. In this sense, the promotion of inclusion policies becomes an increasingly pressing need for companies, encompassing the diversity of their human talent in multiple dimensions. To achieve this, it is essential that companies cultivate an organizational culture that not only adopts inclusion as a mere discourse, but also integrates it into their daily lives. Therefore, it is essential that companies are willing, at all levels, to carry out work to identify, recognize, educate and promote an inclusive culture. The effects of this initiative will manifest in a more favorable work environment, an increase in productivity and other tangible benefits.
