This research reviews the main benefits and importance of reverse logistics and its impact on the raw material procurement process for MR MAX PAN. It has provided a clear and concise vision of the positive impact of applying reverse logistics in the company. In an increasingly competitive business environment, there are companies that are also aware of their responsibility towards the environment, therefore MR MAX PAN has decided to implement reverse logistics strategies in order to optimize their operations and reduce costs. The problem encountered is the large volume of packaging material from raw materials that constitutes waste for the company and its consequent environmental impact. To propose a solution, the mixed approach methodology has been used and a non-probabilistic convenience sample has been taken, which has allowed us to establish that with the implementation of reverse logistics, the efficiency of the raw material acquisition process can be improved through reuse or packaging recycling. It has been established in the survey that 69% of the individuals surveyed propose using it in production processes and 31% can use it in the sale of the product. It was learned in the interview that in order to manage their inventory and control the waste generated by the packaging of raw materials, they carry out a just-in-time purchasing process.
