Most relevant aspects of educational planning and management

Planning is the basic process of educational management in any institution accordingly, the work is ordered and oriented in the areas that make up the university structure. Planning is also a tool that allows the institution to know where it is and where it wants to go in a certain time, with important indications, aspects of the organizational philosophy. The main objective of this research is to develop an integrated model of strategic planning to describe the relationship that exists with educational management. Due to the fact that in reality the efforts of strategic planning in certain spaces are lagging behind due to different inconveniences that occur in most institutions and the goals set are not met, it is necessary to continue looking for strategies that allow to encourage all the members that make up or are part of an educational institution to fully carry out what was planned and achieve improvements in education. The methodology was framed in the bibliographic search, selection criteria, information retrieval from documentary sources, the quality of the selected articles was evaluated, the variability, reliability and validity of the articles and books were analyzed. It is concluded that strategic planning is the support of various organizations and institutions, which allows to better and more effectively face the different processes of change that are presented.
