Improvement of human talent management processes in the area of personnel recruitment in a hospital in Guayaquil

Abstract

Human talent has been considered an indispensable resource for a hospital. For this reason, the main objective is to improve the human talent management process in the area of ​​personnel hiring at a Hospital in Guayaquil. For this purpose, a bibliographic or documentary type methodology was used, with scientific articles dating back 5 years. Thesis and documentary review were mainly discarded. In addition, we used databases such as PubMed, Web of Science, Institute of Education Sciences. After having analyzed the articles, 11 were identified for analysis. The main findings indicate that the application of the different strategies used in the articles were a basis for talent management in health institutions. This has helped to improve the work and work environment, ensuring the patient and providing quality treatments.
