Legal protection of minors with disabilities from the perspective of civil rights in international law

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the principles of legal protection of persons with disabilities and how the implementation of legal protection of persons with disabilities. Indonesia has strong legal principles to make Indonesia a State of Law, with the existence of rules on guarantees for the protection and empowerment of persons with disabilities that are reflected in; Pancasila as the philosophy of the State, the Preamble of the 1945 Constitution, the Law, TAP MPR, International Conventions and Declarations on human rights. Similarly, the legal recognition of persons with disabilities is derived from the regulations, both Indonesian state and international organizations, which legally guarantee the rights of persons with disabilities.
